Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges
We are happy to offer you an exchange for your Giftgown within 30 days of your original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with its original tags.
Note: While we are happy to exchange your product, you are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with the exchange of the gown.
To exchange your Giftgown, please send us an email, with proof of purchase (required), at info@giftgowns.com. Please send your product to:

U.S. Returns Address: P.O. Box 7057, Siasconset, Massachusetts, 02564.
Once you've shipped your item, please send us an image of the receipt (with tracking number, if applicable) and we'll send out your exchange gown. We recommend using a tracked service through your local mail provider for your protection. We are not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.
NOTE: If you're exchanging your gown for a higher value Giftgown, you are responsible for paying the difference.
ALL CUSTOM GOWNS ARE FINAL SALE.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Returns:
We are happy to offer you a refund for your product if you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with its original tags. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
While we are happy to help you return your product, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the gown.
